In addition to advertising, we solicited bids for a 1:1 Pilot Program (specifications attached). We received bids from five (5) companies, which are summarized on the bid request tally sheet. Individual bids were as follows:

Insight $21,589.44

Central Knox $22,986.00

CDI $25,386.00

Staff Recommendation:

I recommend approval of the lowest bid that meets all the specifications.
